What You’ll Do as a Welder:
- Weld aluminum parts together using gas and arc welding
- Position and clamp components of fabricated metal products prior to welding
- Conduct quality control inspections of welds
- Follow all safety policies, procedures, and safe work methods
- Suggest improvements to support continuous safety enhancements
- Prior welding and forklift experience or certification
- Ability to read a tape measure and work orders
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
- Strong attention to detail and quality of welds
- Excellent teamwork and positive attitude
- Reliable transportation to Fergus Falls, MN
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and/or drug screen, if required
