Schedule: Monday-Thursday | 7:00am- 5:30pm

In this role, you’ll support high quality custom fabrication projects in a hands on shop environment that values craftsmanship, reliability, and teamwork. What You’ll Do as a Welder:
- Perform MIG welding on fabricated metal components
- Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings
- Ensure weld quality meets specifications and industry standards
- Prep materials and complete finishing work as needed
- Work closely with the fabrication team to complete projects accurately and on schedule
What You Need to Bring to the Welder Role:
- Previous MIG welding experience required
- TIG welding experience preferred or willingness to learn
- Ability to read prints and follow specifications
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Dependable, self motivated, and able to work independently
- Positive attitude and team focused mindset
