What You’ll Do as a Welder:
- Perform MIG or TIG welding and pass a weld test
- Fabricate metal parts according to specifications
- Install and assemble electrical or mechanical components
- Use basic hand tools for assembly and fabrication
- Read and interpret blueprints and diagrams
What You Need to Bring to the Welder Role:
- MIG or TIG welding experience (must pass weld test)
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to read and follow blueprints and diagrams
- Ability to bend, twist, reach, and lift up to 60 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
- Reliable transportation to Alexandria, MN
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
