What You'll Do as a Welder/Fabricator:
- Interpret shop drawings and lay out materials for fabrication projects
- Perform welding, fabrication, and assembly of components and finished products
- Collaborate with CAD personnel to improve manufacturing efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Organize, store, and manage materials and equipment used in production
- Safely operate mobile equipment and fabrication tools as needed
- Assist with loading and unloading materials
- Follow all company safety, environmental, and operational procedures
What You Need to Bring to the Welder/Fabricator Role:
- Previous welding and fabrication experience required
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and fabrication instructions
- Basic computer skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and reach throughout the shift
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Reliable transportation to the Fargo area
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and/or drug screen, if required
