What You'll Do as a Welder – 2nd Shift:
- Set up and perform welding operations, including spot welding, robotic welding, and MIG welding
- Complete product finishing tasks such as grinding and sanding to meet quality standards
- Review blueprints and use inspection equipment to verify product quality
- Enter work order data into the computer system for labor reporting
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and production area
- Follow all health and safety procedures to ensure a safe work environment
- Perform additional duties as assigned
What You Need to Bring to the Welder – 2nd Shift Role:
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to understand basic mechanical and manufacturing processes
- Basic computer skills, including typing, printing, and data entry
- Ability to perform basic math calculations, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Metal fabrication or welding experience preferred
- Ability to work safely and follow established procedures
