Compensation: $20.00–$23.00 per hour – paid weekly
Schedule: 1st shift | Monday–Friday | 7:00am–3:30pm

What You’ll Do as a Welder
- Perform routine MIG arc welding operations (no certification required)
- Operate welding equipment while adjusting current, voltage, gas, and feed rates
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to plan weld sequences
- Mark weld locations using rules, squares, scribes, templates, and measuring tools
- Clamp, position, and secure parts using jigs, guides, or fixtures
- Perform custom metal fabrication after training
- Follow documented safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment
- Support overall quality and customer service goals in production
What You Need to Bring to the Welder Role
- MIG welding experience or the ability to effectively operate welding equipment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Familiarity with measuring tools, portable power tools, and hand tools
- Willingness to learn custom fabrication skills through provided training
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials as needed
- Strong safety awareness and ability to follow established procedures
- Self motivation and the ability to work independently or with a team
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
