What You'll Do as a Welder:
- Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and job orders
- Set up and operate welding equipment (primarily MIG and TIG)
- Weld and assemble parts to precise specifications
- Inspect welds for quality and structural soundness
- Grind and finish welds as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow all company safety and quality standards
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of welding experience preferred (MIG and/or TIG)
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools
- Familiarity with metal fabrication processes
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Welding certification is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
