In this role, you’ll help produce quality metal components and support a skilled, hands-on manufacturing environment. If you enjoy working with tools, reading blueprints, and building your technical skills, this could be an excellent long-term fit. Read below for more information!
What You’ll Do as a Welder:
- Set up, operate, and tend welding equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints and production drawings
- Assemble, align, and clamp workpieces and fabricated metal components
- Lay out, fit, or connect parts using accurate measurements
- Identify and correct issues by adjusting machine controls or stopping machinery as needed
What You Need to Bring to the Welder Role:
- Interest in manufacturing and growing within the company
- Some experience or familiarity with welding
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs occasionally and up to 25 lbs frequently (with or without reasonable accommodation)
- Willingness to assist in other areas of the production facility as needed
- Reliable transportation to the Saint Joseph, MN area
