What You’ll Do as a Warehouse Supervisor:
- Supervise daily production and warehouse operations to meet safety, quality, and delivery standards
- Lead, coach, and support production and warehouse employees to maximize performance and engagement
- Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and workflow to meet production demands
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures
- Monitor productivity, identify process improvements, and assist with continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues
What You Need to Bring to the Warehouse Supervisor Role:
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
- Previous warehouse leadership
- Strong knowledge of shipping, receiving, and material handling.
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced manufacturing/warehouse environment
- Reliable transportation to the Cohasset, MN area
