What You’ll Do as a Warehouse Sorter:
- Meet or exceed the department’s daily weight and productivity goals
- Sort universal waste materials according to company procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area by completing routine cleanup tasks
- Complete required paperwork and documentation accurately
- Provide coverage for other operations and respond to internal and external customer needs
What You Need to Bring to the Warehouse Sorter Role:
- Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods of time
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
- Ability to read, understand, and complete basic checklists and forms
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, safety-oriented team player
- No prior warehouse experience required – entry-level candidates welcome
