What You'll Do as a Warehouse Operator:
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Receive, move, store, pick, and ship materials accurately and timely
- Process inventory transactions to maintain accurate records
- Perform cycle counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy
- Maintain organized storage areas following established procedures
- Apply lean practices and 5S standards to improve efficiency and reduce waste
- Monitor material flow and support distribution operations
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment and complete assigned tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in manufacturing or warehouse environment
- Experience operating material handling equipment such as forklifts
- Knowledge of inventory processes including receiving, picking, and shipping
- Ability to perform basic math calculations and data entry
- Ability to use computer systems including Microsoft Office and ERP or WMS tools
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout shift
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands
