What You'll Do as a Warehouse Associate:
- Accurately pull and prepare products to fulfill customer orders
- Pack, label, and stage completed orders for shipment and delivery
- Operate gas and electric forklifts, riders, and warehouse equipment safely
- Cut and prepare wire and pipe materials to required specifications using production equipment
- Load delivery trucks and assist with shipping and receiving activities
- Use computerized systems and RF scanners to locate, track, and manage inventory
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
What You Need to Bring to the Warehouse Associate Role:
- 1-3 years of warehouse, delivery, or related experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally
- Forklift experience and safety training preferred
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse technology systems
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
