What You'll Do as the Turret Set Up Operator:
- Set up and adjust turret machines and tooling for production operations
- Install, align, and change tooling to meet production specifications
- Analyze machine and process issues and determine appropriate solutions
- Monitor production processes and recommend improvements for quality and efficiency
- Ensure materials and components are available and meet quality standards
- Perform inspections and quality checks to verify product accuracy
- Train and support operators on machine setup, inspection, and processes
- Maintain documentation, report issues, and keep work areas clean and organized
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in machine setup or manufacturing operations preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Ability to use measuring tools for inspection and quality checks
- Ability to operate machines, tools, and equipment with minimal supervision
- Ability to use computers and complete production documentation accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to work as part of a team with strong accountability and initiative
