Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM–4:30 PM

In this role, you’ll help assemble structural components used in construction while working in a hands-on, team-oriented environment. If you enjoy physical, fast-paced work and want consistent hours with weekly pay, this could be a great fit.
What You’ll Do as a Truss Builder:
- Assemble wood components by placing parts in the correct position
- Use tools to bolt, screw, clip, or fasten materials together
- Cut materials to precise measurements using hand tools or machines
- Inspect and remove defective products to maintain quality standards
- Operate and tend machines used in assembly and fastening processes
- Move between workstations based on production needs
- Clean and maintain equipment and work areas following safety guidelines
What You Need to Bring to the Truss Builder Role:
- Previous carpentry or construction experience is helpful but not required
- High school diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent experience
- Ability to read basic instructions and follow work direction
- Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 80 lbs occasionally (with or without accommodations)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing tasks
- Reliable transportation to the Wadena area
