Compensation: $22.75–$23.70 per hour depending on shift – paid weekly
Schedule: 1st & 2nd shifts | Monday–Friday

In this role, you’ll assist with assembling roof and floor trusses in a hands-on, team-oriented environment. What You’ll Do as a Truss Assembler:
- Pick connector plates according to job orders and size specifications
- Lift and lay out lumber onto build tables
- Nail jig blocks to tables and hammer connector plates into place
- Remove finished trusses from jigs, stack materials, and clear jig blocks
- Unload, label, and band completed trusses
What You Need to Bring to the Truss Assembler Role:
- 6+ months of experience working in a heavy manufacturing position within the last year
- Previous experience using hand tools and measuring equipment
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including bending, stooping, twisting, lifting, reaching, squatting, and kneeling
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly with or without reasonable accommodations
- Ability to learn quickly, take initiative, and work on your own when needed
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
- Reliable attendance and willingness to learn on the job
- No prior truss or manufacturing experience required – entry-level candidates welcome
