Compensation: $22.75–$23.70 per hour depending on shift – paid weekly

What You’ll Do as a Truss Assembler:
- Pick connector plates according to job orders and size specifications
- Lift and lay out lumber onto build tables
- Nail jig blocks to tables and hammer connector plates into place
- Remove finished trusses from jigs, stack materials, and clear jig blocks
- Unload, label, and band completed trusses
- Must have 6+ months of experience working in a heavy manufacturing position within the last year
- Must have previous experience using hand tools and measuring equipment
- Must be able to work in a physically demanding environment, including bending, stooping, twisting, lifting, reaching, squatting, and kneeling
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly with or without reasonable accommodations
- Ability to learn quickly, take initiative, and work on your own when needed
- Must be willing to work overtime as needed
- Reliable attendance and willingness to learn on the job
- No prior truss or manufacturing experience required – entry-level candidates welcome
