Job Description
We are seeking a Tool and Die Technician to join our team in Monticello, MN, with a Monday–Thursday, 6:00AM – 4:30PM schedule. The role will support two die-cast machines and eight tools for more focused work. The role will prepare, maintain, and repair die-cast molds and tooling. The pay would range between $28-$38/hr. - Prepare die-cast molds and tooling for production runs
- Diagnose and repair tooling issues, including replacing pins, cores, and components
- Perform routine maintenance on die cast molds
- Use calipers, micrometers, and gauges to inspect parts with precision
- Communicate tooling changes and repairs across shifts
- Support production teams with die cast equipment setup
- 2+ years of CNC/ machining program, technical/degree preferred
- Experience with CNC equipment, die cast machinery, or injection molding industries
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Dependable team player with a proactive mindset
