Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday–Thurs| 5:00am–3:00pm

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring General Laborers for a well-established food production facility in Delano, MN. In this role, you’ll help package high quality products, support a clean and safe production environment, and work with a friendly and reliable team. If you enjoy hands-on work, steady hours, and a consistent routine, this could be a great fit for you!
What You’ll Do as a General Laborer:
- Package various products in a timely and safe manner while maintaining high quality standards
- Communicate with Machine Operators or the Shift Supervisor regarding any quality or safety concerns
- Assist Machine Operators with code dates, expiration dates, stickers, and other label-related tasks
- Monitor product quality, contamination risks, and line efficiency
- Perform general cleaning of production areas during changeovers
- Complete sanitation duties as needed on the line or in the production area
- Follow all GMP and safety regulations
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by your supervisor
- Must be able to stand for an entire 10-hour shift
- Must be able to perform repetitive tasks and maintain attention to detail
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Must have good communication and basic problem solving skills
- Must be flexible, dependability, and have solid coping skills
- Previous production or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
- Must be able to pass any required pre-employment screenings
- Must have reliable transportation to Delano, MN
