In this role, you’ll stage and prepare ingredients, maintain accurate labeling, and support food safe production processes. What You’ll Do as a Stager:
- Store and stage ingredients based on formulas and company processes
- Follow proper ingredient labeling procedures
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work area
- Operate forklifts, stackers, and electric pallet jacks
- Perform all required departmental checks
- Complete paperwork accurately and efficiently
- Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives
- Assist with GFSI/FSSC22000 audits and corrective actions
- Follow all GMPs and company safety regulations
- Fax, copy, and file required documents
What You Need to Bring to the Stager Role:
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
- Forklift or pallet jack experience preferred
- Ability to troubleshoot issues with minimal supervision
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Basic math skills
- Professional and tactful communication
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
