What You’ll Do as a Sr. Pre-Assembler Production Tech:
- Train and lead production team members to meet targets and quality objectives
- Utilize Epicor MRP system for production planning and scheduling
- Monitor and enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment
- Oversee quality control and compliance with engineering specifications
- Coordinate equipment maintenance and minimize downtime
- Drive process improvements and implement work instructions
- Generate production reports and track KPIs
What You Need to Bring to the Sr. Pre-Assembler Production Tech Role:
- High school diploma OR 2 years of leadership experience in manufacturing
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in engineering/manufacturing preferred
- Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical assembly, and/or fabrication
- Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Epicor MRP preferred)
- Ability to enforce safety standards and work department shift hours
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and pass pre-employment physical and drug test
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
