What You'll Do as a Splitter:
- Scan merchandise into inventory using handheld scanning equipment
- Print and apply price tags to products accurately
- Audit incoming vendor shipments and verify inventory quantities
- Break down merchandise into smaller quantities for shipment to retail locations
- Allocate product accurately and document discrepancies when needed
- Load merchandise onto pallets and shrink-wrap shipments for transport
- Assist with unloading shipments and maintaining a safe, organized work area
What You Need to Bring to the Splitter Role:
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
- Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts
- Ability to bend, twist, and perform repetitive physical tasks
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to work in both cold and warm warehouse conditions
- No experience required; entry-level candidates are welcome
