What an Inspector will do:

What an Inspector will do:
- Sort good and defective parts based on measurements using tools like calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Perform visual inspections and provide feedback on part quality
- Ensure inspection tools are properly calibrated
- Clean, load, and prepare parts for the next stage of production or shipment
- Perform final assembly and testing
- Work with team leads to meet production goals and adapt to changes
- Ensure necessary materials and supplies are available for inspection tasks
- Manage inventory, perform incoming inspections, and prepare parts for shipment
- Keep work areas organized and follow safety guidelines
- Handle chemicals safely and wear protective equipment
- Record quality control data accurately
- Update logbooks and ERP systems
- Must have at least 6 months of experience in a production or quality assurance role within the last year
- Must have experience with inspection tools, blueprints, and manufacturing processes
- Must have written and verbal communication skills in English
- Must have Basic math, computer, and communication skills
- Must be able to work with small parts and tools
- Must have good hand andeye dexterity
- Mut have strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds, with occasional heavier lifting, with or without reasonable accommodations
