In this role, you’ll support hands-on production tasks to help create high quality components in a clean, safety focused environment. If you enjoy working with hand tools, following clear instructions, and being part of a reliable, collaborative team, this may be a great fit. Read below for more details!
What You’ll Do as an Assembler:
- Perform assembly tasks using hand and power tools
- Read and follow work instructions to cut, debur, flare, and bend stainless steel parts
- Place completed products onto designated pallets
- Notify supervisors of mechanical or material issues
- Operate hoists, lift trucks, and hand trucks to move materials
- Fill bottles with fluorescent dye as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation
- Follow proper PPE and safety procedures
What You Need to Bring to the Assembler Role:
- Familiarity with basic product construction and applications
- Knowledge of part numbers and part usage
- Working understanding of fixtures and solder setup parameters
- Proficiency in assigned soldering techniques
- Basic math skills
- Ability to take accurate measurements
- Ability to understand and follow quality standards
- Basic computer skills for timekeeping and work order entry
- Strong oral and written communication skills for cross-functional coordination
