Compensation: $18.00–$24.00 per hour – paid weekly
Schedule: Day shift | Monday–Thursday | 5:30am–3:00pm

What You’ll Do Shipping & Receiving:
- Process travelers and follow special instructions for each job
- Pick and prepare orders accurately for shipment
- Package finished products safely and according to requirements
- Create shipping labels and complete necessary documentation
- Review order travelers for accuracy
- Assist with loading trucks and preparing outgoing shipments
- Communicate any issues or discrepancies
What You Need to Bring to the Shipping & Receiving Role:
- Ability to stand for a full 9.5 hour shift (with breaks)
- Previous warehouse, shipping, or manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to read and follow written work instructions
- Reliable transportation to the Winsted area
- Ability to pass any required pre-employment screenings
