Compensation: $17.00–$20.00 per hour – paid weekly
Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM–4:30 PM

What You'll Do as a Sewing & Assembly Operator:
- Sew materials using industrial sewing machines
- Follow production samples and product guides to ensure quality standards are met
- Monitor stitching and identify defects during the sewing process
- Inspect finished products for quality control compliance
- Perform minor machine adjustments and routine maintenance, including changing needles and adding oil
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Support a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork
What You Need to Bring to the Sewing & Assembly Operator:
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience preferred
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills
- Ability to read, write, and understand instructions communicated in English
- Prior industrial sewing experience preferred
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
- Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment
- Reliable transportation to the Fargo area
