What You'll Do as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer:
  • Lead engineering projects through all phases, driving improvements in safety, quality, productivity, and cost reduction
  • Troubleshoot manufacturing processes, equipment, tooling, and work instructions while supporting daily production needs
  • Develop and implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing principles
  • Research, evaluate, and implement new manufacturing technologies, including equipment testing, installation, and startup support
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex manufacturing challenges and provide training on new processes and equipment
What You Need to Bring to the Senior Manufacturing Engineer role:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and controls systems in a production setting
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively across all levels of an organization
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
