What You'll Do as a Saw Operator:
- Execute daily production schedule
- Inspect molds for damage and clean/wax as necessary
- Clay and tape molds according to pre-gel coating specs
- Apply proper gel coat per part specifications
- Build parts following resin transfer molding procedures
- Install hardware when required
- Wet trim parts after layup and before pulling
- Pull completed parts from mold after lamination process
- Verify finished work meets specifications
- Record required activities in computer system
- Safely store and stage hazardous materials at end of shift
- Must have experience using power & hand tools in a manufacturing environment
- Solid work attendance and reliability
- Ability to pass a background check
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read and understand work instructions, part prints, and quality control equipment
- Ability to maintain a clean work environment and properly clean equipment
- Ability to work in a team setting
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
