What You’ll Do as a Sales Engineer:
- Build and grow relationships with OEMs in the off‑road equipment industry
- Introduce the company’s product portfolio to new and existing customers
- Guide customers through the full cab/ROPS business and product lifecycle
- Collaborate with design engineers to develop integrated technical solutions
- Oversee change orders, engineering updates, and customer communication
- Manage projects post‑launch in partnership with manufacturing and technical teams
- Support quality, production trends, and customer-driven improvements
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows
What You Need to Bring to the Sales Engineer Role:
- Proven experience selling major components (e.g., axles, engines, hydraulics, seats, transmissions)
- Strong understanding of off‑road equipment OEM environments
- Mechanical or engineering background strongly preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and grasp detailed technical requirements
- Strong consultative selling and customer relationship skills
- Ability to meet applicable background check or screening requirements
