Compensation: $21.50 per hour – paid weekly
Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday–Thursday | 6:00 AM–4:30 PM

What You'll Do as a Roller / Chopper:
- Operate pneumatic chopper spray gun equipment to apply fiberglass resin and chopped fiberglass into molds
- Prepare molds by cleaning, waxing, and inspecting surfaces before production
- Use hand rollers to remove air pockets and ensure proper fiberglass consolidation
- Inspect fiberglass materials for defects, coverage issues, and thickness requirements
- Maintain spray guns, hoses, nozzles, and related equipment to support production efficiency
- Follow safety procedures for handling resins, solvents, and other materials
- Keep work areas clean and organized while supporting production goals
What You Need to Bring to the Roller / Chopper Role:
- Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform physical work throughout a 10-hour shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Previous fiberglass manufacturing, laminating, spray lay-up, or composite experience preferred
- Ability to wear required PPE, including a fitted respirator, protective suit, gloves, and eye protection
- Ability to read and follow work instructions, specifications, and safety procedures
- Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail
- Ability to pass a respirator fit test and meet physical job requirements
