Compensation: $20.00-$22.00 per hour – paid weekly
Schedule: 6 am - 430 pm Mon-Thurs
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

What You'll Do as a Reclamation Technician:
- Load and unload stator and rotor cores from burn-off ovens
- Strip burned windings from rotors and stators using tools and equipment
- Clean, inspect, and prepare motor cores for rewinding processes
- Perform core loss testing and identify potential defects
- Assist with motor disassembly and repair preparation activities
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas and equipment
What You Need to Bring to the Reclamation Technician Role:
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to safely use hand and power tools
- Ability to perform physical work throughout the shift
- Comfortable working around heat, dust, grease, noise, and industrial equipment
- Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance in Hutchinson, MN
- Manufacturing, construction, maintenance, automotive, fabrication, or similar hands-on experience preferred but not required
- Entry-level candidates with strong mechanical aptitude are encouraged to apply #WorkInHutchinson
