Compensation: $22.00- $24.00 per hour – paid weekly
Schedule: 1st shift | Monday–Thursday | 6:00am- 4:30pm

What You’ll Do as a Railcar Repair Technician:
- Inspect railcars to determine overall condition and identify issues
- Repair and replace worn, damaged, or defective mechanical parts
- Maintain accurate repair and maintenance records
- Measure dimensions and ensure proper fit of components
- Inspect completed work to verify proper function and safety
- Seal gaps or cracks to prevent leaks and moisture intrusion
What You Need to Bring to the Railcar Repair Technician Role:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic mechanical knowledge and hands-on repair experience
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and environments
- Reliable transportation to the Erskine area
