In this role, you’ll lead quality systems and continuous improvement efforts while ensuring products meet internal and customer standards. What You’ll Do as a Quality Manager:
- Lead quality practices and drive operational performance improvements
- Ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems (QMS), including ISO standards
- Monitor, measure, and report on internal and external quality performance metrics
- Collaborate with customers, vendors, and cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues
- Develop and maintain process requirements, documentation, and corrective actions
- Support product launches and production processes through APQP and quality planning
- Train employees and promote a culture of continuous improvement
What You Need to Bring to the Quality Manager Role:
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3–5+ years of quality management experience in manufacturing
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or similar quality standards
- Experience with root cause analysis and corrective action processes
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation to St. Cloud, MN
