Compensation: $23.00–$27.00 per hour – paid weekly
Schedule: 1st shift | Friday–Sunday | 6:00am–6:00pm

In this role, you’ll help ensure high-quality parts for aerospace, defense, medical, and technology customers. What You’ll Do as a Quality Inspector:
- Inspect incoming parts and materials to verify purchase order requirements
- Perform first article inspections to validate manufacturing processes
- Conduct in‑process and final inspections on machined parts
- Use measuring tools such as calipers, gauges, CMMs, and optical devices
- Maintain and calibrate inspection equipment
- Record inspection results in the internal MES system
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and GD&T specifications
- Follow OSHA, ISO 9001, and AS9100 quality and safety standards
- Support Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement activities
What You Need to Bring to the Quality Inspector Role:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and show initiative
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
