What You’ll Do as a Production Worker:
- Pull required jambs for production orders and organize materials by order specifications
- Operate equipment to strike jambs according to job requirements
- Pull headers and assist with assembly processes
- Apply shipping labels and prepare products for distribution
- Verify machine settings and specifications for accuracy
- Perform quality inspections to ensure finished products meet standards
- Use handheld computer devices for inventory tracking and order management
- Must have High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have 1+ year of manufacturing or production experience
- Must have experience working with power & hand tools
- Knowledge of wood species and their characteristics
- Familiarity with stop profiles and their applications
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail #Worknow
