What You'll Do as a Production Technician:
- Set up production equipment to support manufacturing operations
- Monitor, audit, and provide guidance to line operators to ensure efficient production
- Conduct test runs and collect data to evaluate yields, identify issues, and support new product development
- Prepare records, charts, and reports to track performance and production outcomes
- Provide technical support to manufacturing teams and assist in resolving quality issues
- Perform tasks such as winding, soldering, encapsulation, testing, and assembly
- Participate in lean manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
- Operate specialized equipment and systems (e.g., MES and other production systems)
- 1–2 years of related manufacturing or technical experience
- Ability to apply job skills, procedures, and company policies effectively
- Experience or willingness to learn technical assembly processes such as soldering and winding
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to monitor processes and identify issues
- Basic data tracking and reporting skills (charts, records, and test documentation)
- Ability to provide technical support and collaborate with production teams
- Familiarity with or ability to learn manufacturing systems and equipment
- Interest in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing practices
