Location: New Ulm, MN Area
Compensation: $60,000–$80,000 per year
Schedule: Day shift | Monday–Friday
Job Type: Direct Hire | Full-timeAbout the OpportunityDoherty Staffing Solutions is hiring a Production Supervisor for a manufacturing company in the New Ulm, MN area. In this role, you’ll lead daily production operations, ensure high-quality powder coating results, and support a safe and efficient shop environment. If you enjoy hands-on leadership, managing teams, and driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced setting, this job could be a great fit. Read below for more information!What You’ll Do as a Production Supervisor:
  • Oversee shop staff, equipment, and daily operations to ensure safety and compliance
  • Manage the production schedule and ensure output targets and deadlines are met
  • Train, supervise, and motivate employees while providing performance feedback
  • Monitor product quality and ensure powder coating standards are consistently achieved
  • Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to minimize downtime
  • Coordinate and perform preventative maintenance on equipment
  • Operate and monitor the powder coating line while supporting continuous improvement efforts
What You Need to Bring to the Production Supervisor Role:
  • Previous leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Strong understanding of safety practices and production workflows
  • Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting experience
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet production deadlines
