What You'll Do as a Production Supervisor:
- Lead and support a team of production employees to achieve daily goals
- Coordinate workflows and production activities to meet operational objectives
- Monitor staffing, workloads, and production priorities throughout the shift
- Ensure quality standards and operating procedures are consistently followed
- Provide employee coaching, training, and performance feedback
- Promote and enforce workplace safety policies and best practices
- Collaborate with leadership to improve processes and solve operational challenges
What You Need to Bring to the Production Supervisor Role:
- 2+ years of manufacturing experience required
- Previous leadership experience as a Lead, Team Lead, Production Lead, or similar role preferred
- Strong ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with production reporting systems
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
