What You’ll Do as a Production Specialist:
- Review work orders and procedural instructions before starting each assignment
- Perform required quality assurance checks throughout the production process
- Crimp wires and assemble wire, cable, and harness components
- Assist with electro-mechanical assembly tasks as needed
- Cross-train and support other production lines or departments
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and follow housekeeping standards
What You Need to Bring to the Production Specialist Role:
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to read and follow work instructions
- Willingness to cross-train and work in different production areas
- Reliable attendance and ability to work 2nd shift
