What You’ll Do as a Production Operator:
- Operate welding, assembly, machining, or stamping equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints and sketches to produce parts
- Inspect finished products and document results
- Perform basic machine setups, adjustments, and routine maintenance
- Stack, pack, and prepare materials for shipment
- Complete production and quality documentation accurately
What You Need to Bring to the Production Operator Role:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds during a full shift
- Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude
- Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong attention to safety and quality standards
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred, but entry-level candidates are welcome
- Reliable transportation to Detroit Lakes, MN
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening requirements, if applicable
