Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Production Operators for a manufacturing company in Hoyt Lakes, MN. In this role, you’ll help produce high-quality molded products while working in a hands-on, team-oriented environment. If you enjoy working with machinery, staying active throughout your shift, and seeing your work come to life, this could be a great fit.
What You’ll Do as a Production Operator:
- Operate rotational and vacuum forming machines to produce molded parts
- Load and unload molds and perform mold/tool changes
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Perform secondary operations such as trimming or finishing components
- Use tools and equipment including hoists, routers, torches, and pallet jacks
- Complete production paperwork and follow established procedures
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
What You Need to Bring to the Production Operator Role:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during a 10-hour shift
- Ability to lift 10–50 pounds frequently, with occasional lifts over 50 pounds
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred, but entry-level candidates are welcome
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Comfortable working independently or on a team
- Reliable transportation to Hoyt Lakes, MN
- Commitment to workplace safety and ability to work in varying conditions (heat, dust, noise)
