What You’ll Do as a Production Operator:
- Operate molding equipment and instruments to trim plastic products
- Mix and prepare raw materials for sorting and delivery to work centers
- Remove completed plastic components from molds for trimming
- Trim and assemble components into finished products
- Operate work equipment, power tools, and specialized instruments
- Maintain cleanliness and general appearance of facilities and work areas
- Meet and exceed product quality standards for finished goods
What You Need to Bring to the Production Operator Role:
- Must have at least 6 months machine operating or plastic injection molding experience within the last 2 years
- Must be able to follow written and verbal directions in English
- Must have good history of attendance and punctuality
- Must have experience using basic power or hand tools
- Must be willing to work in small spaces
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
- Must have reliable transportation to Maple Lake, MN
- Must be able to pass any required pre-employment screenings
