Job Description
Use your English/Spanish bilingual skills to earn a great paycheck! Doherty Staffing Solutions is partnering with a leading production company in the Milaca, MN area. We are seeking candidates for Production Line Translator roles to work initially on a 2nd shift schedule from 10:00am - 8:30pm, Mondays through Thursdays, with overtime possibilities on Fridays. Production Line Translator Main Responsibilities:

Production Line Translator Main Responsibilities:
- Translate written materials (training, safety rules, work instructions, policies) between English and Spanish
- Help with verbal communication during meetings, training, and day-to-day tasks
- Keep information confidential and handle sensitive topics respectfully
- Make sure all translations are accurate and culturally appropriate
- Help communicate during emergencies to ensure safety and food safety protocols are understood
- Work with different departments to improve team communication
- Help on the production line when translation isn’t needed
- Follow safety and cleanliness guidelines
- Assist HR with translating during orientations and meetings
- Must be fluent in both Spanish and English (spoken and written forms)
- Willing to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment
- Must work safely and with respect
- Lift up to 50 pounds on occasion, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Must be willing to participate in a pre-employment drug test
