Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 10:00am–8:30pm

In this role, you’ll support communication across the facility by providing accurate English/Spanish translation while also assisting on the production line as needed. What You’ll Do as a Production Line Translator:
- Translate written materials (training materials, safety rules, work instructions, and policies) between English and Spanish
- Provide verbal translation during meetings, training sessions, and daily interactions
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information respectfully
- Ensure translations are accurate and culturally appropriate
- Support communication during emergencies to ensure safety and food safety protocols are understood
- Collaborate with multiple departments to improve team communication
- Assist on the production line when translation support isn’t required
- Follow all safety and cleanliness guidelines
- Support HR with translation during orientations and meetings
What You Need to Bring to the Production Line Translator Role:
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish
- Ability to work in a fast paced, team oriented environment
- Strong commitment to safety and respectful communication
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally (with or without reasonable accommodation)
- Willingness to complete a pre-employment drug test
- Reliable transportation to Milaca, MN
