What You'll Do as a Production Finisher:
- Perform leak testing on tanks and assemblies
- Inspect assembled components to ensure quality standards are met
- Conduct secondary finishing operations, including routing and flaming
- Follow work instructions, procedures, and production documentation accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Support various production operations as needed
- Document updates to work instructions and assist with continuous improvement efforts
What You Need to Bring to the Production Finisher Role:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 60 pounds
- Ability to work extended hours in a warm manufacturing environment
