What You'll Do as a Production Associate:
- Operate machinery and production equipment according to established procedures
- Perform product assembly and manufacturing tasks as assigned
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy standards are met
- Package and prepare materials for shipment or storage
- Move raw materials and finished goods throughout the facility
- Follow production schedules, specifications, and work instructions
- Identify and communicate quality, safety, or operational concerns
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area
- Support team objectives by assisting in various production-related activities
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
What You Need to Bring to the Production Associate Role:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to understand written instructions and production documentation
- Basic mathematical skills, including measurements and calculations
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials as required
