What You'll Do as a Production Associate:
- Operate and monitor production equipment to meet quality and production standards
- Assemble products and subassemblies using hands and simple tools
- Perform quality inspections and document production results as needed
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues and complete routine cleaning and maintenance
- Accurately record production output and quality information
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow production instructions, safety procedures, and company policies
What You Need to Bring to the Production Associate:
- Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or machine operation experience preferred
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to safely operate production equipment
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods during a shift
- Ability to lift, move, and transport materials weighing up to 40 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to distinguish colors for quality inspection purposes
- Reliable attendance and ability to work effectively as part of a team
