What You'll Do as a Production Associate:
- Assemble and test manufactured door frames and related components
- Read and follow instructions in English, including measurements and assembly guidelines
- Utilize tools such as tape measures, drills, mallets, and basic hand tools
- Crosstrain in multiple areas including building, packaging, and assembly
- Lift, move, and position materials weighing up to 50 lbs. regularly
- Collaborate with team members and assist peers as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards
- Perform overtime work as required to meet production deadlines
- Ability to read measurements on a tape measure accurately
- Strong understanding of written and verbal directions in English
- Willingness to work overtime when necessary
- Experience with basic hand tools (drill, mallet, etc.) or a willingness to learn
- Ability to twist, turn, lift up to 50 pounds, crouch, reach, and perform physical tasks, with or without reasonable accommodations
