What You’ll Do as an Inspector:
- Sort good and defective parts using tools like calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Perform visual inspections and provide feedback on part quality
- Ensure inspection tools are properly calibrated
- Clean, load, and prepare parts for production or shipment
- Perform final assembly and testing
- Record quality control data accurately and update logbooks/ERP systems
What You Need to Bring to the Inspector Role:
- Basic math, computer, and communication skills
- Ability to work with small parts and tools
- Familiarity with inspection tools, blueprints, and manufacturing processes
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds (occasionally more), with or without reasonable accommodations
