Compensation: $18.00 per hour – paid weekly
Schedule: 1st or 2nd Shift | Monday–Thursday

In this role, you’ll support the production team by packing and stacking finished products while helping keep production lines running smoothly. What You’ll Do as a Palletizer:
- Inspect finished products to ensure correct case and carton codes
- Pack and stack finished products onto pallets according to specification sheets
- Load materials to keep production lines running efficiently
- Perform rework as needed to meet quality standards
- Clean and sanitize production lines throughout the shift and at shift end
- Follow all quality, safety, and sanitation guidelines
What You Need to Bring to the Palletizer Role:
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and reach repetitively throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic math skills, including weight calculations and percentages
- Ability to read and follow SOPs, safety documents, and product specifications
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a team-based environment
- Food production, dry goods, or high-speed packaging experience preferred but not required
- Entry-level candidates welcome – no experience required
