Schedule: 2nd Shift | Monday–Thursday | 4:30 PM–3:00 AM

What You’ll Do as a Painter Prep:
- Review and understand project specifications and requirements
- Inspect materials and perform final preparation before painting
- Load and unload paint and paint-related supplies
- Ensure color and finish tolerances meet quality standards
- Monitor paint and supply inventory levels and notify the Lead when replenishment is needed
- Perform quality assurance checks throughout the painting process
- Handle and dispose of hazardous materials according to safety guidelines
What You Need to Bring to the Painter Prep Role:
- 1+ years of industrial or auto body painting experience preferred
- Ability to frequently lift 25–50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
- Ability to learn new tasks and concepts quickly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to follow SOPs, quality standards, and safety practices
- Ability to successfully complete respiratory fit testing requirements
- Strong communication skills and ability to prioritize workflow to meet deadlines
